Part of your comfort comes from having accurate information so we have tried to anticipate some of your questions and address them here. However, this information is not intended to take the place of personal explanations. Visiting Hours Are Flexible
However, we do ask that visitors allow our patients the rest they need. We will try to accommodate special visiting needs. Please check at the Nurse's Station on each Unit for specific visiting hours.
Chapel and Chaplaincy Services
Saint Joseph - London's Chapel is located on the first floor and is open to persons of all faiths. The hospital Chaplain is trained/certified by national credentialing agencies. The Chaplain provides the following services:
- Pastoral and referral services to persons of all beliefs
- Crisis Intervention
- Facilitation of patient’s understanding of the relationships between physical, emotional, social and spiritual health.
The hospital Chaplain will be contacted at your request. If you would like to speak with a minister, priest or rabbi, please notify your nurse.
Gift Shop
The Gift Shop is located in the Main Lobby of the hospital. Items include snacks, drinks, cards and gifts.
Newspaper Service
Local newspapers are supplied free of charge to patients.
Hospital Cafeteria
The cafeteria is open 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Hot meals are prepared for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with snack items available throughout the day. Our Registered Dietitians provide nutritional assessments and instructions for inpatients and outpatients.
